All-Inclusive Accomodation
Your all-inclusive stay at the db Seabank Resort + Spa awaits! Here is all the essential information you need to know to get the most out of your stay.
Check-In
Check-in at the resort will be open from 15:00.
Should your estimated time of arrival be in the late evening or early morning, kindly contact the resort in advance. Whilst we have the facilities to keep your belongings in case of early arrival, note that your booked room won’t be ready before the stipulated check-in time.
Kindly note that all guests will be required to present valid documents of identification upon check-in.
Check-Out
Check out at the resort will be by 11:00.
Guests will need to be out of their rooms by the indicated time above on the day of their departure from the resort. Should you wish to keep the room after the stipulated check out time, this can be done by contacting reception at the earliest and will be subject to availability and an additional charge.
Water Dispensers
Upon check-in, each room will be equipped with a complimentary jug that can be filled with water from dispensers found on each floor. In line with our commitment to environmental sustainability and minimizing single-use plastics, guests are encouraged to use the provided jug for refills.
Fire Safety
The safety of our guests is a priority for us. We strongly encourage all guests to read our fire safety instruction located behind the door of your room, making themselves familiar with the floor plan and the nearest fire exit. In the unlikely event of any such situation, note that guests are required to gather at the assembly point – that is the outdoor main pool area of the resort.
Free Wi-Fi
Understanding the need to stay connected with your friends and family, sharing some of your favourite #dbMoments, one can easily connect to our free Wi-Fi network from the comfort of their own room to public areas such as lobby, restaurants and bars.
Dress Codes
Whilst we encourage our guests to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible during their time with us at the Seabank Resort + Spa. A dress code applies to all restaurants during dinner time where guests are advised not to wear beachwear when dining. Festive Days in the resort also require adequate clothing and it would be appreciated if all guests follow a smart casual attire.
Parking
With an underground parking facility having 180 car spaces directly connected with the resort easy and convenient parking will be a cinch. Parking for in-house guests is complimentary for one car per room.

Breakfast
(7:30 - 10:00)
Start your day bright and early feasting on our freshly prepared buffet breakfast served at the Coral Restaurant. You’ll be spoilt for choice with a wide selection of pastries, bread, cold cuts & cheeses, salads, fresh fruits, dairy and a variety of cereals. Warm items will be freshly cooked at our live stations and displayed at our warm stations, awaiting you to assemble that scrumptious full English breakfast you have been waiting for.
Late Breakfast
(10:00 – 12:00)
Since you are on holiday, you might wish to take it easy and sleep in. Don’t worry, at db Seabank we will not let you miss the most important meal of the day. Late breakfast is served at the Laguna Pool restaurant where you will find a variety of hot and cold breakfast favourites.
Lunch
(12:00 – 15:00)
A mouth-watering lunch will be expecting you at the Coral Restaurant. From a large selection of antipasti, freshly prepared warm pasta dishes, meat, poultry and fish, not to mention an ample selection of delectable desserts.
Afternoon Snacks
(16:00 – 17:00)
Has an afternoon of activities around our resort left you feeling peckish? From light snacks, sweets to a cool refreshing drink, satisfy your hunger by grabbing a plate at the Laguna Pool Restaurant.
Dinner
(18:00 - 22:00)

Speciality Restaurants
During your stay with us, you may dine freely at the Coral Restaurant during dinner time. As for the themed restaurants, guests are entitled to have dinner in each of the restaurants once per seven days of their stay at the resort.
Beverages
Free-flowing beverages are available from all restaurants including, house wine, house beer, soft drinks, juices, and water. At our bars, you will also find a variety of local and foreign spirits and liqueurs, cocktails and coffees – all available during the outlets’ opening hours.
Allergens & Dietary Requirements
We take any food allergies and dietary requirements very seriously. If you have any special dietary requests, please inform the restaurant supervisor who will be glad to prepare your meals accordingly.
