Saturday to Monday & Public Holidays - €80 per adult
- A confirmation email is sent with the order details. This confirmation email needs to be either printed or else shown at the check-in desk to be admitted into our hotels.
- We reserve the right to refuse any booking made or entry for whatever reason.
- All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us. Should we be unable to accept your booking for any reason (including but not limited to restrictions), we will contact you directly via email or phone.
- Should you fail to bring your confirmation email with you when visiting one of our hotels we cannot guarantee that you will be allowed entry.
- The hotel’s Day by the Pool operational hours are from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice but any such changes will not affect orders which have already been placed by you.
- Unless otherwise indicated, prices include VAT.
- Although we strive to take all reasonable precautions to guarantee your safety and enjoyment whilst visiting our hotels, you recognize and understand that visiting any db Hotels + Resorts properties may involve certain risks. Risks include but are not limited to personal injury.
- Despite these and other risks, you hereby agree to hold db Hotels + Resorts harmless for any such personal injury and/or damage that may arise.
- When visiting the Venue and/or making use of any of our services, you hereby undertake that no damage of any kind shall be caused in and/or to the db Hotels + Resorts hotels by yourself or any other person(s) for whom you are legally responsible.
- db Hotels + Resorts is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If an item is lost, please report the missing item to one of our front desk team members. If the item is not recovered, you may leave relevant contact information.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
- Food and beverages shall not, under any circumstances, be brought (with the exception of baby food) or taken out of any db Hotels + Resorts hotels.
- Guests are only entitled to the restaurant and bar mentioned above (i.e. Gueliz Restaurant and the pool bar).
