General Terms

• All January Sales promotion bookings must be done using the promo code JANSALES25.
• Booking window for the January Sales promotion is between the 26th December to the 31st of January 2025.
• Stay period for this offer is between 5th January 2025 till the 31st October 2025.
• A minimum of 4 nights stay between January 2025 and April 2025 and a minimum of 5 nights stay between May 2025 and October 2025 is applicable for this January Sales  promotion.
• Booking is subject to availability.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
• Cancellation of stay should be done a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival in order not to be charged for the entire stay.
• This offer is not applicable with any other offer or discount.
• You will be required to pay an Environmental Contribution amounting to €0.50c per person per night up to a maximum of €5 per person upon check-in.

Payment Policy

A credit card is required to secure your reservation at time of booking. 50% Non Refundable payment is required upon reservation. Should you cancel your reservation, up to 14 days or less, prior to arrival or fail to check in on the reserved date even in the case of flight cancellations, missed flights or any other reason beyond the control of db Hotels & Resorts; the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card provided. If you are 18 years or older, as from the 1st June 2016, you will be required to pay an Environmental Contribution amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands, including twin-centre holidays in Malta and Gozo. This contribution is not included in your room rate and so you will be charged for it separately. The hotel charges in Euro Currency. Prices quoted in other currencies are only indicative. The deposit will be deducted from the credit card provided within 72 hours of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Your Paid Amount of 50% is non-refundable. Should you cancel your reservation, up to 14 days or less, prior to arrival, fail to check in on the reserved date; the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card provided. Should you, for any reason, depart earlier than reserved, you will not receive any credit or refund. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent and/or inappropriate activity. If you wish to extend your stay; a new reservation is required for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates.
