Posted on: July 25, 2014 A Yelkouan Shearwater bird was found injured in one of our room's balcony early this week by our guests. As report came in, our hotel staff took action and contacted the Birdlife Malta, who is the organisation who strives to conserve wild birds and their habitats. Birdlife representative, Nick Piludu, took over the Shearwater for cure and he put it under observation. The bird was release few days later in its natural habitat. The management and staff would like to thank Birdlife Malta for taking action and for their continuous work in favour of our environment.
