Welcome to the All-Inclusive db San Antonio Hotel + Spa

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the All-Inclusive hotel and we wish you a pleasant stay with us on our lovely Island of Malta. We thank you wholeheartedly for choosing one of db Hotels + Resorts property. Our team is at your service and will do their utmost to make your stay a pleasant and memorable one.

Some useful information about the Hotel services and amenities that you may wish to know about before your arrival at the Hotel.


The All-Inclusive entitlement consists of a lavish Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Snacks and Dinner. Soft drinks, Water, Juices, House wine, House beer, and a list of Cocktails are also included.

Your standard buffet dinner is booked daily at the Gueliz restaurant at level 0 or RF.  Should you wish to have dinner in any of our other restaurants, Salia , Tagine, Yushan, Q-Zins and Taza a booking has to be made through our 'Restaurant Booking Kiosks' available at the Lobby (level 1) and near the Gueliz Restaurant entrance (level RF) 24-hours daily. A voucher will be issued upon your reservation to be redeemed accordingly.

Opening hours for each outlet are available on this website and will also be given to you on a welcome letter upon your arrival. We will display them in all our guest lifts and on the information board in the reception area.  Please note that the above restaurants are subject to seasonality, weather permitting and subject to Management’s discretion.

Our Menus may contain traces of Cereals (containing Gluten) Lupin, Milk (containing Lactose), Eggs, Peanuts, Nuts, Soya bean, Fish, Crustaceans, Mollusc, Sesame Seeds, Mustard, Celery, Sulphur Dioxide or Sulphates and products thereof. Should you have a special dietary requirement, kindly inform the restaurant supervisor upon your arrival so we can prepare your meals accordingly.


Check In & Check Out

We invite you to check-in at reception desk at 15:00hrs. Your room will not be available before. In case you are going to arrive late, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.

We kindly ask you to check out from your room before 11:00hrs on your departure date. Should you need to keep the room longer, please inform reception to make the necessary arrangements. This is subject to availability. An extra charge will be applicable.

Colour Coded Bracelets


All Guests are required to wear color coded bracelets for security and entitlement reasons as from check in to check out time.


You are requested to show your passports at reception during your check in.


Internet is available in all rooms, lobby and dining outlets. 

Spa & Fitness

PEARL SPAS – Pamper yourself and book a relaxing massage or beauty treatment at our spa situated at Level 0, which is open from Monday to Sunday. The Jacuzzi and indoor pool are also open from Monday to Sunday. For further information visit our Spa section within our website or

Outdoor Pools

Hotel guests can make use of our outdoor swimming facilities from Mid-April to Mid-November (weather permitting).

The Outdoor Pool at level 0 is open for all ages from Mid-April to Mid-November (weather permitting). Guests are refrained from using inflatables within any of the hotel’s pools. Babies inflatable swimming rings or armbands are allowed at all times.

The Infinity Pool at level 10 is open for Adults (16+) from Mid-May to Mid-October (weather permitting).

All the hotel’s pool are open between 9.00hrs and 18.00hrs. 

Indoor Pool

Children under the age of 16 are welcome to use the indoor pool facility during the times below;

Weekdays 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs & 15:00hrs to 21:00hrs

Weekends 09:00hrs to 12:00hrs & 15:00hrs to 18:00hrs

NEWFORM FITNESS CENTRE – Situated at Level 0 and open from Monday to Sunday.  For further information visit our Spa section within our website.

Beach Bar (Seasonal)  

The beach bar is not part of the All-Inclusive entitlement. Our guests can hire two sun beds and one umbrella at a charge.

Pool Towels

A pool towel card will be issued from reception against a Euro 10.00 cash deposit per towel.  Please present this card to the towel point to collect your towel.  Your card is to be collected once returning your towel.  The deposit will then be refunded from the reception desk upon returning the towel card and the deposit receipt.

Safe in Room 

The Hotel does not accept liability for any valuables missing in the rooms. Valuables are to be locked in the safe provided in the room free of charge.

Dinner Dress Code

Men: No sleeveless tops, sportswear or beachwear
Women: No sportswear or beachwear.

This applies for all our restaurants during dinners.

db Kids Club

We know that keeping your kids entertained and happy is not just good for them. It increases the enjoyment of your holiday. This is the philosophy behind our db Kids Club which is open 7 days a week - arts &crafts, face painting, balloon modelling, sand art, water sports, beach sports, dance classes, drama, treasure hunts and many more. Children can also enjoy lunch with the animation team if they wish. Detailed programme will be on our notice boards at the lobby area.


Entertainment is the name of the game in our Hotel. Our animation team conducts a wide range of daytime activities such as pilates, zumba, aqua aerobics, beach volley, beach soccer, mini golf, dance classes and many more. Evening entertainment includes shows, dancing, karaoke and games. A detailed programme will be displayed on our notice boards.  

Fire Safety

We also encourage you to read our Fire Safety instructions located at the back of your room door. Assembly Point is located at the Pool Area.
