Q. Do you offer discounts for group bookings?

A. The resort’s Reception Desk and the Reservations Department accept all major Credit and Debit Cards. Our online room booking system accepts VISA and MasterCard.

Q. How do I get to the resort?

Q. Is there a swimming pool in the Hotel?

Q. Do you have a pet policy?
A. We regret that animals are not allowed to stay in the rooms or at the resort.

Q. What are the standard check in and check -out times of the Hotel?
A. The standard check in time is 15:00 hrs and check-out time is at 11:00 hrs.

Q. How many restaurants and bars do you have?
A. We have 7 restaurant and 3 bars.

Q. Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during my stay?
A. Yes we have a tour desk (Supreme company) situated in the lobby. The staff at the desk will be happy to assist you in booking your excursions.

Q. Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
A. Yes, we have wheelchair accessible rooms. At The Seabank Resort + Spa All Inclusive 9 rooms are equipped for special needs: 7 sea view and 2 land view rooms. These rooms have two bathrooms: a standard and an adapted bathroom.

Q. Do you have a gym? What are the hours?
A. Yes, we have a fully equipped gym with: Treadmills - Stepper - Air walkers - Bikes - Lateral pull down - Chest fly (rear deltoid) - Adductor / Abductor - Leg Curl - Leg Extension - Bench Press with Olympic Bar - EZ Bars - Adjustable Bench - Swiss Balls - Selection of Weights - Medicine ball and Kettlebells. Gym opening hours: Mon to Sat: 7.00 hrs until 20.00 hrs; Sunday: 7.00 hrs until 17.00 hrs; Public hols: 7.00 hrs until 17.00 hrs.

A. Yes, we do have. Pearl Spas opening hours are Mon to Sat: 09.00 hrs until 20.00 hrs; Sunday: 09.00 hrs until 17.00 hrs; Public hols: 09.00 hrs until 17.00 hrs.

Q. What is the currency in Malta?
A. The currency in Malta is EURO.

Q. What voltage do you use in Malta?
A. The electricity voltage in Malta is at 220 volts. At the resort we have international socket plugs.

Q. Is a doctor available at the hotel?
A. We have a doctor on call 24 hours a day.

Q. How many rooms do you have?
A. We have 492 rooms. They are available for single or twin occupancy with the opportunity to add an extra bed or two.

Q. What types of rooms are available in the Hotel?
A.  The hotel has 5 categories of rooms – Deluxe, Family, Standard, Wheelchair Accessible, Caverna Suites.

Q. What amenities do your guest rooms have?
A. Each room is equipped with a fridge, free WiFi, a 32” flat screen TV with a good choice of EURO satellite channels, tea & coffee making facilities, a safety deposit box, and a balcony overlooking the sea, the pool or the countryside.

Q. Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?
A. Yes, hairdryers are available in every room.

Q. Are your resort rates per room or per person?
A. The rates charged are per room.

Q. How many people can stay in one room?
A. Our standard land view and pool view can take a max 4 persons. The seaview and the deluxe rooms take max 2 persons and our family rooms can all take 4 persons. In the Caverna Suites max occupancy is 4 guests.

Q. Is it possible to check in earlier?
A. It is sometimes possible to check in earlier. However, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Q. Do you provide a service for late check-out?
A. Late check-out will be available subject to availability. Keeping of room charges are applicable.

Q. Are double sized beds available in the rooms?
A. All rooms have two twin beds that can be zipped up (to become a double bed) upon request.

Q. How old do I have to be to check-in to the resort?
A. To check-in at the hotel you need to be 18 years old.

Q. Can I connect to the Internet from my room?
A. Yes, FREE WIFI is available in the rooms and public areas. You can search for the network Seabank_Free_Wifi … and you’re connected right away.

Q. Do you have rooms with a bathtub?
A. Yes, all our guests’ rooms have a bath tub.

Q. What television channels are available in the rooms?
A. TV Channels are:

Q. Do you have non-smoking rooms?
A. All the rooms are non smoking. Guests are advised to smoke on the balcony.

A. Yes, every room has a safety box that can be used free of charge.

Q: Do you offer Internet service in the resort?
A: Yes, wireless internet access is available throughout the resort free of charge.

Q. How do I make a hotel reservation / book a room at the Seabank Resort + Spa?
A. Visit our booking page on the Seabank Resort + Spa website and submit all information required. If you do not wish to use our online booking system you may email us at reservations.dbseabank@dbhotelsresorts.com.

Q. How do I add an additional name to a reservation?
A. If you booked directly with us, please call on+356 2289 1309. Otherwise contact your travel agent or tour operator.

Q. How do I upgrade my room?
A. If you have booked directly with us, to upgrade your room you can send us an email at reservations.dbseabank@dbhotelsresorts.com. Otherwise, contact your tour operator.

Q. How do I obtain a confirmation for my room reservation?
A. If your room reservation was booked online, a confirmation will be e-mailed to you. If you booked your reservation over the phone, please call +356 2289 1309 and a confirmation will be emailed to you.

Q. How do I make changes to my room reservation?
A. If booked directly with Seabank Resort + Spa, please call +356 2289 1309 for information about changes, requests, restrictions and cancellations. This needs to be followed by an email. If booked via an agent, any amendments to the bookings need to be done through them.

Q. Does my room reservation require any guarantee?
A. All room reservations require a Credit Card guarantee.

Q. How do I cancel my resort reservation without a charge?
A. If you cancel your reservation two days prior to your arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged. If cancelled or modified or in case of “no-show” the total price of accommodation will be eventually withdrawn from your Credit Card account. Q. How do I check availability on resort rooms, as well as their prices?
A. You can check availability on resort rooms by using our online booking page, email us or phone our Reservations Department on +356 2289 1309 / 1310.

Travelling with children

Q. Are baby cots available for the rooms?
A. Baby cots are available on request. When booking your stay please request a baby cot in the comments area.

Q. Is a babysitting service available?
A. Yes, we have babysitting available on request at a charge. Please inform us at least 2 days in advance.

Q. What facilities are available for children?
A. High chairs are available in all our restaurants. The pool area can be used only under parental supervision. In The Jungle Restaurant children can enjoy a play area, and we also have a Kids Club available for children aged 4 – 11.

Q. Are dietary requirements available in the restaurant?
A. The resort caters for various dietary meals, kindly inform us about your special needs.

Q. Is a special menu available for children?
A. Yes we have special menus for children in all restaurants.

Q. How far is the nearest hospital / Clinic (Mosta) to the resort?
A. It takes around 20 minutes by taxi.

Q. Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?
A. The nearest bank is located 2 km from Seabank, 5 minutes bus ride.

Q. At what time do the Banks open?
A. From 8:30 hrs till 12:30 hrs.

Q. What is weather like at different times of the year?
A. The climate in Malta is typically Mediterranean, with hot, warm summers and wet autumns and cool / cold winters with adequate rainfalls. The hot season is between June and September. The rainy season is between November and March although it does not rain every day.

Transportation/ Directions

Q. How do I get to the hotel?
A. You can get to the resort by car (the hotel is just a 35 to 45-minute journey from the airport to resort. Otherwise you can get to the hotel by public transport (Bus number X1, the hotel journey is about 50 minutes). The bus stop is right by the resort.

Q. Can you organize airport transfer?
A. Yes, we can organize airport transfer. When you book directly with us (terms and conditions apply) you are entitled to a free airport shuttle transfer. Otherwise, shuttle services are available from the airport to the hotel upon request at an extra cost. Q. Do you offer car hire services?
A. Car hire services are available on request. You may email our reservations department on reservations.dbseabank@dbhotelsresorts.com for more information and pricing. Otherwise, upon your arrival, our reception team will be happy to arrange car rental services. Our affiliate car hire company is Drifter Auto Rentals who have a desk in our lobby area.

Q. How much does it cost to park our vehicle?
A. Guests staying at Seabank Resort + spa have free parking.

Q. Do you rent wheelchairs or auto-chairs?
A. Yes, we do rent wheelchairs upon request and at an additional cost.

Q. How can I make tour and travel arrangements?
A: We have an in-house agency (Supreme travel) that can assist you with tours.

Q. Do you have twin, triple and quadruple room?
A. We do have twin, triple, and quadruple rooms. 


Dining

Q. Where is breakfast served?
A. An International breakfast buffet is served in the Coral Restaurant on the ground floor.

Q. How many restaurants and bars do you have and what are they?
A. We have 6 restaurants and 3 bars in the resort.

Miscellanerous

Q. Can I send and receive faxes at the resort?
A: Yes, our fax number is +356 2152 1635. Seabank Resort + Spa guests can receive / send faxes at no charge. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Q. Do you have special facilities and services available for the disabled guests?
A. Yes, we have rooms specially equipped for guests with special needs in the resort and the rest rooms in public areas are also easily accessible by guests in a wheel chair. All floors and restaurants are also accessible by a wheelchair.
