Posted on: December 25, 2015 Over 500kg of chocolate & 300kg of sugar used Our Pastry team created an amazing Chocolate Christmas Village with over 500kg of chocolate and 300kg of sugar as part of the festive season decorations. This village was mold and created over 4 working days. Jonathan Farrugia, Executive Chef, explained that every year his team produces something new as part of the festive season. This year, thanks to the pastry team lead by the Pastry Chef Glenn Marc Catania, they created the Chocolate Christmas Village. This required a lot of planning and eye to detail to be able to portray the real Christmas decorations and celebrations. The Chocolate Christmas Village was made possible thanks to the suppliers CP Trading, Mac Bake, and Alf Mizzi & Sons Ltd who sponsored all the material to create such an event.
